Terms of Service

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use Dabarli.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law to use Dabarli.

If you use Dabarli on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access to your account.
• Use only one account per person unless we authorize otherwise.
• Comply with applicable laws when posting jobs, applying, or communicating on the platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit (job posts, applications, messages, profile information). You grant Dabarli a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the platform.

Employers and job seekers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of listings, applications, and communications. Dabarli does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of jobs or candidates.

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job listings or profiles.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Use Dabarli for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.

Dabarli is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or contain errors.

In-app payments and escrow features may be disabled during beta. Do not rely on Dabarli for payment processing until we announce they are generally available.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or create legal or security risk.

You may stop using Dabarli at any time. To request account deletion, see dabarli.app/data-deletion or email support@dabarli.app.

Dabarli is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific hiring outcomes, or the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dabarli and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you used the free service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes should first be addressed by contacting support@dabarli.app. Where required by law, competent courts in Tunisia shall have jurisdiction.
