Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Dabarli account and the personal data we hold about you. Some data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve ongoing disputes.

To request full account deletion, email support@dabarli.app from the email address linked to your account (or include your registered phone number if you signed up with phone).

Include the following in your message:

• Subject line: "Account deletion request"
• Your full name as shown on your Dabarli profile
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• A brief confirmation that you want your account and personal data deleted

If you opted in to optional device diagnostics or location telemetry, you can withdraw consent and request deletion of telemetry records linked to your device through the in-app privacy / telemetry settings.

You may also email support@dabarli.app with the subject "Telemetry deletion request" and include your account email or phone number.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can disconnect Facebook from your Dabarli profile in app settings under linked accounts.

To remove data Facebook shared with Dabarli, submit an account deletion request as described above. You may also remove Dabarli from your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete. During processing we may:

• Disable your account immediately to prevent further use.
• Delete profile, job, application, and message data from active systems.
• Retain minimal records where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

After deletion, we may retain anonymized analytics, security logs, or records required for legal compliance, tax, or dispute resolution for a limited period.

Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling schedule in line with our retention policy.
